Site transfers from uCoz
Take your site off uCoz.
Onto your own hosting.
uCoz only hands you a scattered backup, not a ready site. We assemble your uCoz site in full and move it to your own hosting: clean HTML with styles, fonts and images — no builder ads.
One page — free, no signup
Why move your site off uCoz
uCoz is dated, sluggish and shows ads. A transfer puts you back in control.
No builder ads
On the free uCoz plan, ads are baked into every page. During the transfer all ad code is removed.
Clutter-free code
We strip out the uCoz control panel, counters and service blocks. What remains is clean markup.
Ready to upload
An archive with every page, style and image. Upload it to your host over FTP or download a ZIP.
What gets transferred
Everything you see on the site, and everything working under the hood. Nothing is lost along the way.
All pages and modules
Blog, catalog, guestbook — every page becomes static HTML.
Old URLs preserved
Links like /publ/1-1-0-5 keep working; if you want, we set up redirects to human-readable ones.
Local styles and images
uCoz keeps CSS, JS and images on its servers — we download them locally.
Forms
We switch them to a working handler — more on that below.
Images in WebP
We download images locally and compress them to WebP.
No ads or badges
uCoz ads and badges are removed completely.
How it works
The whole process takes one to five minutes, depending on the size of your site.
Enter the address
Paste your site's link. We'll detect the builder and find every page automatically.
Select pages
Pick the ones you need — or take them all. We'll download the HTML, CSS, scripts, fonts and images.
Get the result
Download a ZIP archive or upload the site straight to your hosting via FTP.
What changes in the code
uCoz keeps CSS and JS on its own servers and mixes in builder ads. We download the whole site to your hosting, remove the ads and rewrite the paths to local ones.
<div id="allEntries"class="uEntry"><div class="ucoz-ad"data-banner="top"><!-- uCoz ad --></div><div class="uMenuV"data-module="publ"><div class="eText">Heading</div></div></div>
<section class="hero"><div class="container"><h1>Heading</h1><p>Project description</p><a href="/about"class="btn">Learn more</a></div></section>
Forms and interactivity after the transfer
What happens to forms, the guestbook and comments when you leave uCoz.
Forms keep working
uCoz forms and the guestbook are tied to its server — after a transfer they would stop delivering. We switch forms to your own handler: submissions go to email and Telegram. We only show "Submitted" once the server responds.
Comments and forum
Static blog and forum pages move over as they are. The dynamic parts — registration and new posts — are replaced by external services: comments on Disqus or a Telegram widget, the forum on phpBB or Discourse.
Where to upload your site after migration
After uCoz, your site only needs simple static hosting with FTP. We put together a hosting rating and can upload it for you.

How to move your site from uCoz to your own hosting
Transferring a site from uCoz means assembling every page, style, font and image into clean static HTML. The built-in uCoz backup only gives you scattered files: CSS and JS stay on its servers, and images have to be downloaded separately. Webrelay downloads the whole site the way a browser sees it and removes the builder ads.
uCoz is a modular builder: blog, forum, catalog, guestbook. During the transfer all modules become static pages. Old URLs like /publ/1-1-0-5 are preserved, and forms are switched to your own handler so submissions keep arriving by email.
A static site after uCoz needs only the simplest plan: HTML, CSS and images require no database. Static hosting with FTP is enough — Beget, Timeweb, REG.RU or SprintHost. You can test the transfer for free on a single page.
